I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

What I really like about management consulting is that no two days are the same and you get to work across a range of different clients and sectors.

Sally Higgins studied a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) with Honours at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and is now a Consultant at Nous Group

I love the process of starting with lots of disparate, muddy information about a situation and synthesising until I have an insight that brings the situation into focus.
