Corebilt is a team of professionals with a shared vision of telling stories through the design and building of spaces. 

Priding itself as one of the innovators of commercial and residential fit-outs, Corebilt set up a team of professionals to offer electronics and IT services for businesses in 2008. Acknowledging the impact of modern technology and digital infrastructure in the workplace, we have developed a unique and seamless approach to integration and connectivity. 

Strengthening our vision to create professional interior fit-outs and solutions, Corebilt was officially incorporated to focus on building office and retail spaces in 2017. 

The company eventually partnered with TOEI Solutions, a Japan-based construction service provider, to further improve the quality and timely delivery of its builds. The collaboration aligned Corebilt’s practices with TOEI’s goal of bringing a renowned Japanese level of quality living to the Philippines.

In 2022, an evolution takes form as Corebilt expands beyond the office. The f irm moves forward as the preferred design and build solutions partner for all types of spaces backed by its long experience of providing excellent solutions and quality services. 

As one of the leaders in the Philippine design and build industry, Corebilt officially launched its in-house electronics and IT services team in 2024. With the vision to deliver high-quality and agile workspaces, the team is fully equipped to cater to advanced technological developments and digital infrastructure.
