Leigh Duthie is a Partner in our Construction team. He has been with the Firm for over 30 years. He has more than 30 years' experience in the construction space and has acted on major domestic and cross-border construction claims.

In my job, I am encouraged and given the opportunity to innovate and utilise the latest technology in GIS and geospatial science.

Sometimes I’ll fail, but by refining my work, I’m able to succeed in ideas that I thought were otherwise impossible. Better yet, after learning skills in the office, I’m able to apply them to my studies.

Apart from the endless benefits Lightspeed offers, I would say the most exciting thing involving my role would be hiring someone overseas and giving them the opportunity to relocate.
