My favourite part of the job if most definitely being about to connect with our clients on a daily basis, which are predominately farmers and being able to see how we are contributing to meet their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
The most rewarding part of my job is watching the staff I work with and mentor grow into strong professionals, getting their CA qualification, learning how to work with clients, learning how to become advisors and strong auditors.
Today my main goal is to research and gather information for a potential client in New Zealand. This can include anything from analysing their ecosystem or identifying their strategic priorities based on research and knowledge or reviewing their company background.
The graduate program has a strong focus on our development, and everybody across the business really wants to see us succeed. It’s rewarding to be a part of a business that values its graduates and supports our growth.
As a retail engineer, I design Shell branded service stations when we need to do major works. I enjoy the flexibility of working from home most of the time, while also being able to get out to site and see the service stations we design and build.
