One of my core tasks is to prepare my colleague and transfer knowledge, especially when time permits. We were able to cover the operational process and calibrate with processes pertaining to new customer acquisition, and move-ins.

Being a Senior Analyst in my team, one of my key responsibilities is to review the work of my teammates before we deliver it to our clients.

I review and update client payments. I verify with the accounting regarding unpaid accounts and paid accounts without proof of payments. After which, I call clients reminding them about their unpaid and paid accounts, and ask for proof of payment confirmation.

As an intern, it's essential to consistently practice responsibility and reliability, which contributes to a positive outcome in my daily work and responsibilities.

I discuss the project timeline with our suppliers so they know what we’re doing to make sure the report is delivered on time and we review findings from the week before and how we can address them.
