Your role 

The Global Employee Engagement Associate, being the center point of contact for employee engagement and communications, is responsible for the concept planning, development, coordination, and implementation of employee activities.  He/she is also involved in the planning and execution of country-wide events. 
 
Now more than ever, the role is deemed to be critical in ensuring they continue to keep employees engaged through activities that cater to those working from home and those working on-site. 

Training, development & rotation

They design digital courses that support employee development and engagement goals. The digital content embedded in each of the learning series is modular, engaging, immersive, and captivating. The course catalogue outlines the different learning series available to the clients. With over 200 courses across the contact centre training, technology, professional, and management topics, the courses provide an
effective training and learning opportunities for you and your team.
