During a Typical Day, You'llโ€ฏ

  • Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chatโ€ฏ
  • Respond to inquiries with active listening โ€“ identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and servicesโ€ฏโ€ฏ
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and informationโ€ฏโ€ฏ
  • Resolve technical issues with patience and understandingโ€ฏ
  • Positively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learningโ€ฏ

What You Bring to the Roleโ€ฏ

  • Sales experience in a BPO, business-to-business, or consumer products (retail) environment where you have learned to ask probing questions and get to the heart of the customer's needs to recommend the best possible product or service to fit those needsโ€ฏ
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spellingโ€ฏโ€ฏ
  • You lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client programโ€ฏ
  • Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potentialโ€ฏsolutionโ€ฏns and making recommendationsโ€ฏ
