Teach for the Philippines helps improve the Philippine public school system by developing leaders with a deep understanding of the system as well as the drive and commitment to work towards meaningful and positive change.

Develop your potential to lead change in the public school community, and eventually, the country by joining our Fellowship Program. It's a 2-year leadership development program where young Filipinos who are passionate about nation-building through education are developed to become teachers who can significantly improve student learning outcomes, and leaders who can spark positive changes in public school communities across the Philippines.

Successful candidates are assigned to public schools as full-time, fully-paid Teacher Fellows for two years. Along with intensive training, as well as personalized coaching and mentoring, the transformative experience of working for and with our students and communities provide Teacher Fellows with a deep understanding of the public school and the role that they play in shaping our country's future.
