Great communication with my manager. They catch up with me weekly 1 on 1 and support me in my development goals. More approachable than I expected for a manager. Offers great feedback and recognition for good mahi.

As I am an intern my manager has made effort to organise little catch ups where we are able to see where I am at and if I need any help. In general, I think my manager is very good at looking after her team and colleagues seeing where they are at. I think manager here at Stats are very accessible and are willing to listen to you and hear what matters you have.
