As a Senior Admin and Dispatch Representative, you are responsible to:
- Assist the Service Solutions area in the fields of escalation of Field Service activities, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
- Coordination of Field Service Specialists for onsite visits compliant to Service Agreements.
- Maintaining data in different systems used according to SOP.
- Communication with ex- and internal customers thru various platforms: phone, emails, fax, e-commerce portals.
- In time invoicing of service interventions and service products.
- Prepare and deliver Service agreement quotes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or a comparable qualification
- +3 year of experience in Customer Service, administrative tasks, coordination and/or preparation of contracts, agreements and sales quotations
- Proficient experience with SAP and/or Salesforce, Microsoft office software
- Strong English language skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to handle extensive workloads and show flexibility
- Ability of an independent and structured working environment
- Amenable to temporarily work from home (with a stable internet connection)
