As a Dispatch Representative, you are responsible to:
- Assist the Service Solutions area in the fields of escalation of Field Service activities, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
- Scheduling service visits both planned service and demand service to meet service level agreements.
- Manage and maintain an accurate daily schedule for service engineers in a specific territory.
- Build strong working relationships with service engineers and with the customer base.
- Give feedback on engineer performance to service managers.
- Communicate schedules to customers and service engineers by phone.
- Maintain accurate SalesForce.com records
- Spare parts ordering
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Experience with using a multifunction desk phone
- Customer Service or relevant experience in a BPO, MNC and/or SSC environment.
- Proficient in SAP or SalesForce.com and Microsoft office software
- Strong communication skills in the English language (verbal/written)
- Being able to manage people while not being in a management role.
- Good work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle extensive workloads and show flexibility
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time.
- Amenable to work on night/shifting schedule
- Amenable to work temporarily at home (with a stable internet connection)
