Interview with questions surrounding your field.

I submitted my resume and was called in for a 1 on 2 interview. This consisted of myself, the current HR person and the regional manager.

There were 2 stages, attending a group virtual assessment to that involves explaining your background and also completing a group activity. Lastly, an one-on-one interview with manager and team leader. Mostly behavioral and some technical questions.

The Interview and assessments processes was okay. It was very straight forward. Applied, Submit a short Video, Assessment Centre then virtual panel Interview with Managers.

1. Virtual Group Assessment 2. Personal interview. It was very good, got time to prepare myself, and the interviewers were very calm and was trying to understand your area of interest and align your graduate rotation to that area. They were extremely considerate to your area of interest.

Interview process was straightforward. I don't recall IQ/Emotional tests like other employers used. The interview process would be akin to a traditional one, albeit through MS Teams.

Things about networking and cybersecurity, questions about myself and interests.

I was asked a lot of questions about my degree, teamwork and how I would deal with situations with difficult clients.

- What are the 2 weaknesses about yourself when working in a team setting? - Explain a scenario where you dealt with conflict and how did you resolve it? - Explaining the difference between certain technologies/concepts.

The usual; what motivates me to apply, and what skills can I bring, but what standout was question regarding specific App that I mentioned in my resume regarding my familiarity with the App and Installation procesess.

Simply asking general questions, such as what you enjoyed studying and what you did while attending university.

I was asked some technical questions relating to networking. I was also asked questions about myself such as hobbies.

Understand basic concepts and principles.

Just be confident. There isn't really anyway to prepare for the interview honestly.

Try to identify the task in where you will excel. And where you would really like to go in that department. For example, Cyber Security, data analytics, Software Development, cloud, etc.

1. Prepare -Do your Research. 2. Be familiar with the Company culture and values. 3. Understand the Company Goals.

Brush up on basic networking concepts and be prepared to talk about your interests/why you applied.
