I submitted my resume and was called in for a 1 on 2 interview. This consisted of myself, the current HR person and the regional manager.

There were 2 stages, attending a group virtual assessment to that involves explaining your background and also completing a group activity. Lastly, an one-on-one interview with manager and team leader. Mostly behavioral and some technical questions.

The Interview and assessments processes was okay. It was very straight forward. Applied, Submit a short Video, Assessment Centre then virtual panel Interview with Managers.

1. Virtual Group Assessment 2. Personal interview. It was very good, got time to prepare myself, and the interviewers were very calm and was trying to understand your area of interest and align your graduate rotation to that area. They were extremely considerate to your area of interest.

Interview process was straightforward. I don't recall IQ/Emotional tests like other employers used. The interview process would be akin to a traditional one, albeit through MS Teams.

Try to identify the task in where you will excel. And where you would really like to go in that department. For example, Cyber Security, data analytics, Software Development, cloud, etc.
