Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Perform threat analysis and security assessments.
- Conduct network and system security scans using manual and automated techniques.
- Evade security systems to test their effectiveness.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
- Develop testing methods and update scripts/tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and tools.
- Assist in cybersecurity investigations.
- Analyze and suggest improvements for security policies.
- Work with the Department Head on security strategies.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 Application Security practices.
- Relevant certifications like SANS GPEN, OSCP, or CEH.
- Technical knowledge in ethical hacking and advanced computer skills.
- Scripting and programming skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
