Customer Service Representative - Phone Based (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Provide quality service to credit card holders via call, email, and other correspondences. 
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, and concerns. 
• Work within the Consumer Business Sector in Ayala, Makati. 

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university. 
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is advantageous, but fresh graduates are welcome. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Willingness to work on-site 100% with a shifting schedule, including graveyard, night, morning, midday, weekends, and holidays.
