The salary is at a average level to compare with other firms within the same industry. However we have extra benefit such as Christmas gift card, re-charging day, quarterly wellbeing allowance, etc..

It was a little lower than I was originally hoping for when I was looking for actuarial jobs. However it's still in starting salary range I was expecting when looking for my first post unit degree, and I know that there's plenty of room to increase over my time at Mazars

The pay is OK, not as competitive as say Big 4 etc. But we do not work nearly as many hours, nor is there as much pressure. There are no bonuses that I know of

Friday night drinks in the office, each Friday at about 4.45 a drink cart comes around and everyone can relax and enjoy the last hour or so of the week.

I guess recently the gifts sent out have been pretty nice. Although I still haven't got into the baking kit yet. I know Dream Team puts on some cool activities, I'm just hanging out for the first in-person event I can attend

There are discounts on gym memberships and healthcare available

The audit team has had a few dinners/ lunches, also the EOFY party was also a well hosted event. Pampers and starter packs were also appreciated. Reimbursement for the CA program and also travel expenses.
