Your role
Joining as a Tech Select graduate, you will be helping them connect people and data, build platforms and applications, and design tomorrow’s technology solutions. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment and trained in technical and soft skills while working on real-world projects and gaining valuable, hands-on experience.
Training & development
The program is designed to help graduates learn and grow through the latest technology training and networking opportunities including mentorships, collaboration of various teams, and teambuilding activities. Tech Select provides a dynamic and comprehensive learning experience. The program emphasizes both online and face-to-face initiatives for a comprehensive introduction to office dynamics and making a meaningful impact at Macquarie.

About you

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes and JAVA.
- Strong academic performance.
