Your role
- Maintaining an updated and accurate employee record within the HR systems
- Ensuring that all data movements are supported by necessary approval based on the business requirements, performing data validation and audit to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring that transactions and processes are compliant with the defined company policies, acting on requests from the business, and delivering the expected output
- Ensuring the timely processing of staff detail change requests as inputs to payroll and other related processing

- Ensuring that high levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained in performing job responsibilities
