2022 Manila Macquarie Internship

Responsibilities

• Market Operations which provides independent specialist trade validation, confirmation, settlement, payments and treasury support, as well as client lifecycle management, reconciliations services and regulatory reporting  for a variety of products and currencies for many of Macquarie’s businesses globally;
• HR Operations which provides group-wide support for Human Resources functions including global payroll, onboarding, HR Service Desk, and mobility;
• Business Services which provides strategic sourcing, procurement operations and vendor management services; and
• Risk Management, an independent and centralized function responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to material risks across Macquarie. RMG designs and oversees the implementation of the risk management framework.
