Your Role 

  • Identifies securities class action information by utilizing professional research services, internet research, and by developing and maintaining key constituent contacts with law firms, claims administrators, banks, litigation funders and others both inside and outside the U.S.
  • Maintains Securities Class Action Services database by extracting relevant data from research sources, entering such data into the SCAS research system accurately and efficiently, and perform audit on newly updated information in the database. 
  • Participates in team discussion and identifies SCAS relevant events and legal developments
  • Support database clean-up and backfill initiatives by performing checks and reviews on existing cases.
  • Abide internal controls and procedures to comply with SSAE 16
  • Responds to client inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

About You

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Legal Management, Business (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
  • Strong research experience is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship builder and team player, dedicated to personal and team development
  • Desire to work in an intellectually challenging and dynamic environment and take on more responsibility with time and experience
  • Innovative, motivated, client-oriented and commercially-aware thinker
  • Absolute personal and business integrity
  • Degree in Law or experience with Group Actions or Class Actions is an advantage​
  • Willingness to either work on a traditional and non-traditional working hours as required by the Business (shifting schedule: morning & mid)
