Job responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met
  • Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific (HSAP) members.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal.
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers.
  • Track and Update internal CRM system for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts.
  • Work with key partners like Microsoft & Hitachi Asia (HAS) to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Join weekly sales meeting
  • Manage Sales Executive in PH

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role selling enterprise solutions,
  • implementation services, and support services to clients in the Philippines.
  • Proactive and practical, adept at assessing customer requirements, and selecting appropriate
  • methods to fulfill them. Skilled at determining priorities, establishing a systematic course of action
  • to ensure successful completion, and allocating time and resources effectively.
  • Strong customer interface and presentation skills are essential in this role, together with
  • a mindset of customer service.
  • A skillful negotiator, you will be confident acting as a trusted advisor when dealing with
  • customers’ business needs.
  • Excellent Account Planning skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets, as is experienced in selling IT projects and solutions.
  • Travel may be needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Employment Type: Full time, permanent
Working schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM
Location: BGC, Taguig City and work from home

    • The location of the office is inside the business centre. So, the traffic is very heavy when going to the office. With that being said, when you're in the office, you can easily talk with your supervisor, co-workers, and managers and build rapport with them.

    • There can be projects which demand plenty of your time, effort, and attention, but not enough to warrant a complaint. Such things are normal when working for a fast-paced, global, Fortune 500 company. You are still given ample time to rest, breathe, and grow.
