Project Development Associate (Rolling Intake)

Join DMCI Homes as a Project Development Associate, coordinating and monitoring projects with a focus on strategic pricing.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Coordinate with various departments for the development of DMCI Homes projects. 
• Monitor projects and address concerns from a business perspective. 
• Recommend project decisions. 
• Manage pricing computations and strategies, including cost and budget monitoring.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience. 
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. 
• Knowledge or interest in real estate. 
• The ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent decision-making skills. 
• Willingness to work in Makati City. 
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
