Your responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data
• Identify process gaps and control issues
• Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner
• Interpret data, identify inconsistencies through research, and recommend solutions based on analysis
• Develop knowledge of how the team interacts with others to accomplish financial goals
• Develop a basic understanding of industry practices and standards
• Exchange complex information succinctly and with discretion
• Assess and manage business risks while prioritizing Citigroup's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations. This role involves ethical conduct, transparency in addressing control issues, and safeguarding the firm, clients, and assets.

Training & development

Citibank has its own training and development strategy. Their training strategy consists of three core areas.

1. On-the-job learning which takes 70% of the development program.
2. Learning through the relationship of exposure to others takes 20% part of the program.
3. Formal classroom training that takes 10% part.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
