Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve as the first point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for partner recruiters in job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate expense reimbursement.
- Partner with UK, Europe & MEA recruiters to manage recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate workflow using Citi's applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Provide recruiters with pipeline and ad hoc reports.
- Address candidate inquiries through the Campus Query mailbox.
- Assist the onboarding team with candidate onboarding and background checks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, safeguarding Citigroup's reputation.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with HR policies and practices.
- Basic organizational and business knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
