Your role

Ensuring that assigned day-to-day activities for the processing of trading legal agreements are completed promptly with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes document review, data entry, exception reporting along with document scanning and document warehousing for various legal documents.

About you

• Bachelor or University Degree or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented, be able to interpret, follow strict rules and procedures, and be able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to manage control practices demonstrating a risk-based approach.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact with Legal and Credit teams.
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
