Your role

Under general supervision, the IT Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, e.g., testing of enhancements, to help the Division in managing the Electronic Delivery Channels more effectively. He/She provides assistance to ensure internal systems run smoothly and that users maximize benefits from them. The IT analyst also designs and implements information systems that optimize organizational efficiency.

Training & development

About you

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• No work experience is required.
