Read morePrimary Responsibilities:
- Source for and maintain reliable sources of supplies and services immediately upon receipt of the requisitions.
- Ensure that specifications/configurations indicated by users are complied with by suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct annual evaluation and regular accreditation of vendors and service providers.
- Prepare weekly reports of pending purchase request, processed purchase orders and pending invoices for payment.
- Prepare monthly report on savings obtained from negotiated discounts, rebates, exchanges etc.
Qualifications:
- Should be a graduate any 4-year degree course or program.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
- Willing to work in Pasay City
- Can start immediately
