Source for and maintain reliable sources of supplies and services immediately upon receipt of the requisitions.
Ensure that specifications/configurations indicated by users are complied with by suppliers and service providers.
Conduct annual evaluation and regular accreditation of vendors and service providers.
Prepare weekly reports of pending purchase request, processed purchase orders and pending invoices for payment.
Prepare monthly report on savings obtained from negotiated discounts, rebates, exchanges etc.
Qualifications:
Should be a graduate any 4-year degree course or program.
Must have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
Willing to work in Pasay City
