Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source for and maintain reliable sources of supplies and services immediately upon receipt of the requisitions.
  • Ensure that specifications/configurations indicated by users are complied with by suppliers and service providers.
  • Conduct annual evaluation and regular accreditation of vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare weekly reports of pending purchase request, processed purchase orders and pending invoices for payment.
  • Prepare monthly report on savings obtained from negotiated discounts, rebates, exchanges etc.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a graduate any 4-year degree course or program.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
  • Can start immediately
