Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Maintenance Control Center and assist in AOG recovery by monitoring all AOG parts (which may include tools and equipment) from sourcing, ordering, arrival, availability to maintenance team and return of off units.
  • Ensure that the Non-routine parts, such as MEL (Category A, B and C), CDL, CFI and the like are analyzed and ordered if necessary.
  •  Coordinates with pool providers CEB’s fleets on the aircraft parts being ordered, it’s criticality and shipment.
  • Coordinates with the nominated freight forwarder to ensure consolidation of shipments to get the best flight at the most at the most cost effective manner and resolves issues arising from shipments.
  • Review shipment regarding shipping invoice/packing list, AWB details, Incoterms, Origin and Destination Requirements.
  • Coordinate with the import department with the releasing of import shipments from Philippine's Customs
  • Arrange funds for AOG situations with proper documentation and liquidation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Customs, Management, Transport or other related courses.
  • Must have working knowledge on logistics management, technical purchasing, and import requirements.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
