Responsibilities

  • Prepare the business travel authorization, liquidation reports, hotel accommodation, and necessary payment advices for all trainees, 
  • Prepare, update, and encode the APE request letter to the health service provider and advise cabin crew with pending APE and ensure the release of fit to fly clearance prior recurrent training and after maternity leave.
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials and paraphernalia during initial and recurrent trainings. 
  • Manage and maintain all initial and recurrent training records of cabin crews in the system.

Requirements

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree related to Tourism or Admin Management
  • Must have good communication skills and a heart of service
  • Must be detailed-oriented and tech-savvy  
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
