In this role, you will support Amazon's customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts and drive monthly collection targets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working on complex vendor queries and resolving the queries in a time-bound manner
Working on underlying issues and fixing the root cause/s
Liaising with internal teams to understand vendor issues and working towards resolutions
Contacting internal stakeholders and coordinating with them on vendor queries
