Night Shift, US Telecommunication Account
Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services, through voice or chat.
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience OR Senior high school graduates with at least 6 months of call center experience (ops tenure)
- Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
